Shipping

Every order ships from our Houston workshop within two business days. We use USPS Priority for most parcels and UPS Ground for orders over five pounds.

• Standard U.S. shipping: $8 flat (2–5 business days)
• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $95
• Express (1–2 days): calculated at checkout
• Canada & Mexico: $28 flat, 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: calculated at checkout, 7–14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email the day the parcel leaves us.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed piece for a full refund to the original payment method. Send it back in the original packaging with the order slip and we'll refund you within five business days of receiving it.

How to start a return

1. Email press@brightedgewears.com with your order number.
2. We reply with a prepaid USPS label within one business day.
3. Drop the parcel off at any USPS location.

Lifetime repairs

All outerwear and denim carries a free lifetime repair guarantee. Torn pocket, missing button, blown seam — send it in and we'll fix it at no cost. You pay one-way shipping to us; we pay it back.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original for a refund and place a new order. It's faster than a traditional exchange and we'll refund your return shipping if you email us the new order number.
